Not enough office space in Dubai

Demand for office space in Dubai will outstrip supply in 2007, according to Tamweel CEO Adel Al Shirawi and cited by Gulf News. Research carried out by the home financing firm has revealed demand will jump by 5.7m sqft next year. Al Shirawi added that, due to many developments focusing on residential needs, not enough commercial projects will come on stream next year to meet the hike.
