Land transactions in Dubai touch Dh2.38b

Fifty-three sales transactions were registered with the department by the end of the week, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Nahda-2 that was sold for Dh46.75 million.

The Arabian Ranches area was the most active in terms of the week's sales, with 14 transactions. Sport City followed it with eight sales.

The Ranches recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dh52.73 million, followed by Al Nahda-2, Dh46.75 million, and Palm Jumeirah area, Dh31.61 million.

The biggest area sold was 50,098 square feet in the Dubai Industrial City-1 area, which went for Dh8.07 million.
